At Khick Button Apparel, every item is made to order and fulfilled by Printful. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing issues — please review our size guides carefully before ordering.
When We Do Accept Returns
We will replace or refund items in the following situations:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- The wrong item was sent
- There was a printing error or quality issue
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
If your order qualifies, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@khickbuttonapparel.store with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We'll review your request and respond within 2–3 business days. Approved claims will receive either a replacement item or a full refund to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items without defects or errors
- Items returned without prior approval
- Items damaged due to improper care
Lost or Stolen Packages
Khick Button Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Please contact your local post office or carrier for assistance.
